Josh Davis is in the fight of his life against blood cancer. He and his family need your help with extensive medical expenses. Please read his story and donate below.

In August 2026, my brother, Josh Davis, went for a routine medical check, the doctor had concerns regarding swollen lymph nodes. Tests were ordered immediately and that Friday night they received the news he has blood cancer. Further testing showed it is Mantle Cell Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma and two weeks from the day he was diagnosed, he was admitted to the hospital and began chemotherapy.

Josh loves his family, friends, and his community fiercely. He stands tall (literally and figuratively) among men because he sees the good in people and strives to not only do his best but bring the best out in others as well. He grew up in Salem, Oregon and is an alumni of Salem Academy where he was a standout basketball player.

He went on to play basketball for the University of Wyoming and was recently inducted into the Wyoming Athletic Hall of Fame. Wyoming is a special place for the Davis family. It was there Josh met his wife, Jessica, who was not only an accomplished member of the soccer team but is also beautiful, tough, and caring. Their oldest daughter, Avery, is currently a junior at the university.

Josh has also volunteered as the boys varsity assistant coach at Forge Christian High School for the past 14 years and the entire family is very involved at Faith Christian Academy.

Josh, Jessica, and their 3 kids, Avery (20), Addison (17), and Will (11) are facing a lifelong battle. There is no cure for Mantle Cell Lymphoma.

Treatment begins with 4 rounds of in-patient chemotherapy. Chemotherapy is very hard on the body and requires time to recover. Then there will be additional testing and treatment with the goal of putting the cancer into remission and hopefully keeping it in remission as long as possible to allow time between treatments.

This fundraiser is to help Josh and his family with medical bills and treatment costs. Our current goal is to raise $200,000 to ease the stress of the medical bills for the first several years. Josh is only 46 and, with vigilant medical treatment, potentially has decades of life ahead of him.
