Stand with Sam: Hope Through a Personalized Cancer Vaccine

In December 2023, Samantha Kluger was diagnosed with Triple Negative Breast Cancer at just 34 years old. Since then, she has faced this aggressive disease with extraordinary courage—undergoing numerous rounds of chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and a range of supplemental treatments. Somehow, none of this has worked and the cancer has continued to spread throughout her body at an alarming rate.

But there is still hope. Clinical trials are underway to make a personalized cancer vaccine made from Sam’s own tumor. Studies have shown promising results that could truly save her life. But, as you might imagine a custom vaccine is incredibly expensive.

This is where we come in.

Despite the physical and emotional tolls of cancer, Sam has continued to live with purpose and heart. Since her diagnosis she has married the love of her life, Zvonimir, bought a home near her cherished family, and remained dedicated to her work as a skilled and compassionate health psychologist, supporting others even while fighting for her own life.
