⸻ Help Me Keep My Son Safe — Legal & Supervised Visit cost

Hi friends, family, and kind-hearted strangers,

I’m a mother doing everything in my power to protect my son — emotionally, physically, and legally. Right now, I’m in the middle of a difficult custody situation where the state is requiring supervised visits between my son and his father — a man whose past behavior is the reason for those very visits.

Here’s the hard part:

Despite the need for protection, I’ve been told I must cover half the costs of the supervised visits on behalf of my ex-husband. And they refuse to give me legal documents of each visit until I pay.

On top of that, I’m also facing ongoing legal fees to ensure my son remains in a safe and stable environment.

thank you for those who have helped me in the past to raise money for LAWYER fees unfortunately, we are still in court and are going back to court here in the next month or so.

I’m currently raising $5,000 to cover:

• Supervised visit fees (court-ordered, even though they are needed for safety)

• Ongoing legal representation to advocate for my son’s protection and best interest

• Any associated court and travel costs related to the custody case

I’m not asking out of comfort — I’m asking because this is bigger than me.

This is about keeping my son safe and emotionally secure in a season where the system isn’t making it easy.
